INGREDIENTS:
1 can of Wild Planet Skipjack Wild tuna
.5 pounds any short pasta
1/2 onion diced
2 carrots diced
3.5 ounce shimeji mushrooms
1 cup kimchi diced
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk
Salt
Pepper
Milk cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
Green onions
Sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium pot, salt water and cook pasta until al dente. Set aside.
In a large pan on high heat, add butter, onions and carrots. Cook until onions are translucent then add kimchi and mushrooms.
Once mushrooms are cooked, add flour. Stir for about 1 minute, making sure everything is coated with flour.
Add chicken broth, milk, salt and pepper. Stir to make sure everything combines well for 5-6 minutes and is thickened.
Turn heat off, add cheese, tuna, pasta and mix well.
Set oven to 375 degrees and carefully transfer pasta mixture to baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, top off with green onions, sesame seeds and enjoy!
