Cut your sub roll in half lengthwise.

Slice 1 tomato, dice 2–3 tbsp red onion, and chop some fresh dill.

In a bowl, add 1–2 cans of tuna (drained), the diced onion, dill, salt, pepper, and 1–2 tbsp mayo (or Greek yogurt). Mix until creamy.

Open the bread, layer the tomato slices, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle a little olive oil.

Add the tuna mixture, close the sandwich, slice, and enjoy!

Serve with chips or fruit for a complete summer bite
