The Crooked Crown & Guildlands – Chat with Ken & Kedric | UKGE 2025

We caught up with Ken Boyter and Kedric Winks at UK Games Expo 2025 to talk about their two latest designs published by Outset Media: the cheeky goblin bluffing game The Crooked Crown, and the upcoming asymmetric tile-laying game Guildlands.

The Crooked Crown – 3–6 players compete as goblins to steal and hold the crown for eight rounds. Fast, funny, and surprisingly strategic.

Guildlands – Launching at GenCon 2025, this asymmetric city-building game features six unique guilds, each with its own scoring rules and playstyle. High replayability and loads of sabotage!
