10 More Games by Others We May Have Published
In today's video I'm discussing games from other publishers over the last 5 years that we may have published (perhaps not literally, but because I really enjoy them and they fit our guidelines). Our general guidelines are that we look for event games (45+ minutes) that aren't antagonistic and play from at least 1-5 players.
Previous list (before 2020): Tzolk'in, Mysterium, Orleans, 7 Wonders, Lords of Waterdeep, Architects of the West Kingdom, Quacks of Quedlinburg, Isle of Skye, Downforce, and Ra
Honorable mentions: Mysterium Park, Cartographers Heroes, Sea Dragons, Santa's Workshop, Raising Robots
Distilled (solo gamer Aryn) - The first time I sat down to play this game, I felt this wouldn't have been out of place in Stonemaier's catalog. The knock against it, if it's even a knock, is that the solo mode doesn't feel like a typical Automa Factory solo mode. But in regards to gameplay, it's hard not to raise a glass to this clever engine building design that also teaches you about the distilling process! --also mentioned World Wonders and Flamecraft
10. Dune Imperium: Uprising
9. Here Lies
8. MLEM
7. Cat in the Box
6. Endeavor: Deep Sea
5. First Rat
4. The Gang
3. Planet Unknown
2. Forest Shuffle
1. Earth (family gamer Skiler) - I think Earth would fit wonderfully with Stonemaier's catalog of games. Earth has a great simultaneous action system that allows the game to progress quickly while each player is building an engine that is very satisfying to run. I highly recommend checking this one out, we always have fun building our islands and developing the flora and fauna on them! (Recommend for ages 12+) --also mentioned Planet Unknown and Forest Shuffle
