Ingredients:

1 can sardines, drained (reserve oil)

½ cup pitted Kalamata olives

⅓ cup marinated artichoke hearts

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil (from the sardine can)

2 tbsp capers

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a food processor.

Blend until smooth or to your desired consistency, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Serve with crusty bread, crackers, or sliced veggies.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
