English muffin or sourdough bread, sliced and toasted

1 can Wild Planet Foods Wild Albacore Tuna

3 tablespoon plain yogurt

1 tablespoon tahini

Juice of ½ lemon

1 small shallot, minced

1 tablespoon chopped dill

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon capers, chopped

1 tablespoon green olives, chopped

¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Zest of ½ orange and/or lemon

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Heirloom tomato, thinly sliced

Drain the canned tuna of any liquid, then mash in a bowl with the yogurt, tahini, and lemon juice.

Add the remaining ingredients until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Layer the toasted English muffin or bread slice(s) with the heirloom tomato (seasoned, of course!) and then the citrus tuna mixture. Garnish with fresh dill to enjoy immediately!
