Ingredients

1 can Wild Planet tuna

2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

2–3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp Greek yogurt

2 tbsp shredded cabbage

2 tbsp shredded carrot

2 tbsp finely diced apple

Salt

Black pepper

2–3 morning rolls or soft buns

Strawberry jam

Instructions

In a bowl, mix tuna, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt.

Add cabbage, carrot, and diced apple. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Slice the morning rolls and lightly toast the inside.

Spread a thin layer of strawberry jam on one side of the bread.

Spoon the tuna egg salad onto the roll and close the sandwich.
