I'm Chevee. I'm a software developer, a board game designer/publisher, and I like to build stuff in my garage.

I grew up in the small town of Fairmont, WV. Like most youth from sheltered communities, I couldn't wait to escape. When a recruiter for the Marine Corps presented me with the opportunity, I signed up immediately. After four years of service, I separated in September, 2001 and returned home to Fairmont… and found myself wondering why I ever left.

Out of the service, I tried a few very different jobs in the automotive industry, but eventually found myself doing IT and SysAdmin work for my state's Board of Education. After 8 years, legislators shut down the agency I worked for, and I moved on to being a Sotftware Developer and Web Designer.
